LATE ENTRY WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND CLASS WILL BE FORFEITED.

We value everyone's time, in and outside the studio, and take deep consideration and actions to ensure everyone receives the same/full experience and are able to plan their day accordingly. Door is open 15 min prior to your scheduled class/event and closes promptly upon class start time. Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Hammock adjustments are required at the beginning of every class.

Regular aerial yoga classes must be cancelled 6 hours prior to your scheduled class to receive a credit towards a future class. Missed classes or classes cancelled within 6 hrs of the class start time will be forfeited.

Group events, specialty classes and workshops, cancellations must be 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a credit.

Pre-paid 8 week classes are only to be used on the day of the week and time of the 8 week block that was signed up for; no credits will be given for missed sessions.

Monthly memberships also require 6 hour prior cancellation in order to retain the class for a future date within the month (same rules as regular aerial yoga classes above). If a minimum of 2 classes are booked and not attended or cancelled within the 6 hr time frame, a $20 fee will be charged/applied.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime after the 2 month minimum commitment by completing/submitting the 'Membership Cancellation' form found under our FAQs. Form must be submitted a minimum of 14 days before the next billing date. If cancellation request is received less than 14 days from the billing date an additional month will be charged, during this time you will be able to attend classes paid for. Auto-billing will continue until we receive a cancellation notice as per agreement. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Classes are subject to capacity and availability and no credits/rollovers will be given for unused classes.

All sales are final sale. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes, events, workshops or products. Credits are non-transferable and must be used for their original purchase. All sales are final and not eligible for a refund unless Yoga Jungle cannot meet the commitment to deliver the event, product or class. In the event of a mandated studio closure, passes will be extended by the amount of days/months the studio is mandated closed. Classes purchased in error are subject to a 20% fee.

Payments are collected by credit card through our online shop/bookings. All classes, events and workshops are collected in full at the time of registration.

If you do not have a credit card and you wish to pay by etransfer, contact Hello@YogaJungle.ca . Include your full name, what class you would like to attend and if you have an account/profile set up with us already. From there further etransfer details will be provided! By sending this email it does not guarantee your spot until further details are provided.

If you are on a waitlist, your payment will not process unless you are moved from the waitlist into the scheduled class.

All sales are final and are to be used towards their original purchase. Review all expiration dates of passes and agreements to be sure what you are purchasing is the best fit for you.

To reserve a hammock in your desired class, reserve online prior to arriving. This can be done through our online studio schedule. We have 8 hammocks available per class. Classes are subject to availability. The studio door closes promptly at the beginning of class as adjustments to your hammock are required for participation. You are welcome to bring additional items to make yourself more comfortable during these events such as a blanket, additional mat, pillow, eye mask ect. Studio supplies are limited.

If you arrive and the studio door is closed, wait quietly in the hallway. The studio door opens 15 minutes prior to your class start time and closes promptly. Late entry will no be granted, please do not knock on the door as class may be in session.

Space is limited to 8 students. We suggest booking a week in advance to guarantee a spot in your desired class. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your class so the space is available for another student. Classes can be cancelled 6hrs ahead of time with no penalty.

Footwear can be placed in our hallway, no shoes in the studio.

When entering please sanitize or wash your hands. We ask that you choose a hammock and remain at that hammock for your time at the studio.

All cellphones, watches and notifications silenced or turned off during your time.

Photos/video can be taken after class; avoid capturing other students in the background of your captures.

Mats and hammocks are provided. If you would like to bring your own mat, please do.

Avoid wearing scents, perfumes and hand creams to respect all participants.

Be courteous to all students and staff, offering encouragement and connection when appropriate!

Eligibility

- The points program is open to all active Yoga Jungle students

- Points and rewards can only be earned and redeemed by the original student

- Referrals points and discounts apply to new students only

Rewards Program:

- Earn 10 points for every booking

- Earn 50 points for every friend that books through you unique link

- 200 points can be redeemed for a single class or $30 value

- Points never expire, are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the student who originally earned them

Referral Program:

- Students must use unique referral link to receive points and discount.

- The referred must use the provided link to sign up for their class for both parties to receive the reward

- The referrer receives 50 points and the referred receives $5 off their purchase

General Terms

- The program is subject to change at any time

- Links must be used to receive points and discounts. Points and discounts cannot be issued individually or on past purchases

- Misuse or abuse of the rewards and referral program may result in cancellation and lost of rewards.

- Accumulated points from cancellations are subject to be removed

This is an auto-renew contract per month.

The Membership Agreement between Yoga Jungle Inc (the “Studio”) and the “Member” (name listed above) is on a monthly basis at a rate listed above.

Monthly Contract Duration & Automatic Renewal: Contract is in force for 2 month from today’s date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the Studio or Member 14 days before the next billing dated by submitting ‘Membership Cancellation Request’ form found under FAQ’s.

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: “Member” Agrees to pay Yoga Jungle Inc monthly recurring fees by authorized automatic credit card only.

1. I agree to purchase the Monthly Membership as an automatic charge to my credit card each month for the contract period of 2 months and thereafter (b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card. (c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card information within 14 calendar days of the original rejection date. (d) I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 14 calendar days late.

2. Members are entitled to 4 or 8 drop-in and preregistered classes a month, depending on membership purchased

3. This membership is a 2 month minimum commitment

4. Your credit card on file will be filled monthly

5. We require a 14 day notice to cancel your membership after the 2 month initial commitment

6. Auto-billing will continue until we receive a cancellation notice by completing the online ‘Membership Cancellation’ from found under FAQs

7. This membership is use only for the sole purchaser, it is non-refundable, non-transferrable

8. Tax is not included in the listed price, HST of 13% will be applied monthly.

9. Classes are subject to capacity and availability

10. You agree to Yoga Jungle Inc’s treatment of your credit card information and our rights to us, shall be the same as if it were personally signed by you.

11. Yoga Jungle Inc will not reduce, discount, credit, refund or cancel your obligation because you do not use the Studio. It is up to the Member to ensure usage and cancellation requests are received.

12. Cancellation of this Agreement: The agreement will not be renewed or extended if, at least 14 days before the Auto-Renew Date, you notify us by completing the ‘Membership Cancellation Request’ form online, stating you do not want to renew or extend the Agreement. Phone and verbal cancellations are not accepted. Please retain this email receipt for your records. Cancellations occur a day before your next billing cycle. Mid way cancellation, reimusement or refunds will not be given.

13. Membership commences on the day of purchase and will auto-renew as a contract of successive monthly membership and such date may be updated as agreed to between you and the Studio (the “Auto Renew Date”)

14. Dishonoured Credit Card Charge: Returned payments and any late charges will be automatically charged to your credit card account at a fee of $10 per dishonoured charge. Please present your credit card to Yoga Jungle Inc for the monthly auto-renew payment or if a new card is required please update before expiry date to avoid additional fees. Your credit card information is secure and stored in an encrypted system. To cancel please complete the cancellation form online as per above.

15. Changes in Fees: Yoga Jungle Inc reserves the right to determine the amount and terms of payment for monthly fees and any other fees, including service, late or hold fees (set forth in studio policies), all of which dues and fees may be increased in Yoga Jungles sole discretion. Yoga Jungle may provide you with 30 days notice of any price increase. If you wish to terminate this Agreement as a result of the price increase, you must notify Yoga Jungle by written notice as per above. Such cancellation must be received at least 14 days before the Auto-Renew Date and after the original 2 month commitment agreement.

16. Studio policies, Membership Termination or Suspension by Yoga Jungle Inc: You understand that Yoga Jungle Inc retains complete control over all matters affecting or relating to its members and fees, including but not limited to membership fees, access, prices, services, products, classes, workshops, events, amenities or benefits, all of which are subject to change at any time without notice. You will comply with Yoga Jungles policies, procedures, rules and regulations, whether set forth on paper, verbally, in studio signage, social or online information. Yoga Jungle may change, modify or otherwise alter any fees, rates and policies at any time without notice. I understand that Yoga Jungle may in its sole discretion terminate or suspend my membership or any aspect thereof, for any reason, including but not limited to any conduct by me, that violates any studio policies or that Yoga Jungle determines to be proper, inappropriate, or contrary to its best interests.

17. We reserve the right to cancel any membership without cause, in which event you will be entitled to a refund only of unused prepaid instalments, if any. We reserve the right at any time to change our hours of operation, and to change the cost of, add, modify and/or eliminate any program, class or service.

I, the Member, have carefully read the terms and conditions of this Agreement. I understand I may access a copy of this Agreement via email and/or by request to Yoga Jungle. I confirm that no verbal representations or warranties have been made to me which have not been confirmed in writing in this agreement, and that this written Agreement accurately sets out the entire agreement between Yoga Jungle Inc and I.
